Shipping & Returns

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. Once shipped please allow 3-7 days for shipment to arrive.

Orders are shipped through the United States Post Office or FedEx.

In the event that an order arrives damaged or is not delivered, notification must be made within 21 days of the shipment date in order to file a claim and reship the items to you.

Pictures of the damaged items and packaging are required for claims purposes in order to replace any damaged items. Pictures must be recieved prior to any damaged items being replaced.

Insurance will require pictures of the damage and the package will need to be kept for possible inspection until the claim is complete. Failure to provide pictures and keep packaging may result in the claim being denied.

Do not refuse a package due to damage. Accept the package and photograph the damage for insurance purposes. If the package is refused a claim may not be filed if the package does not get returned. This is due to being unable to prove package was refused due to damage.

Orders over $200 will automatically have signature required for the package.

All sales are final. Due to the high cost of testing returns for tampering, returns or exchanges cannot be honored. For that reason all sales are final.

Credit adjustments to method of payment are subject to a charge of $3 plus 5% of credit amount. This is to cover the transaction fee charged by credit/debit cards.
